REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES POLICY
We accept returns & exchanges within a 30-day window of the delivery date at no additional cost. Requests after this window will not be accepted.
If an incorrect size was selected at checkout, please contact us with the correct size prior to shipment. Size change requests made after an order has shipped may require additional processing time.

Customer information will never be sold or shared with third parties for for malicious purposes or non advertisement purposes. All customer information is used solely for the purpose of improving the customer's store experience. By utilizing our services you agree to our Messaging Terms and Messaging Privacy Policy.
SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic U.S. orders ship within 3-5 business days. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. A tracking number will be provided at the time of shipment and can be used to check your order status.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, contact our support team and we will assist with next steps.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout. Address changes may be requested prior to shipment. Orders failed to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional processing time before reshipment.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination. U.S. orders ship free. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities.
