REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds after an order has entered processing. Please check our FAQ for when your order is considered processed.
Similarly, we do not accept exchanges or returns, unless your order information and the product(s) shipped out do not match. If you selected the incorrect size while purchasing, please contact us immediately with the correct size. Attempt to change order size after processing will not be accepted.
PRIVACY POLICY
Customer information will NEVER be sold or shared with third parties for for malicious purposes or non advertisement purposes. All customer information is used solely for the purpose of improving the customer's store experience. By utilizing our services you agree to our Messaging Terms and Messaging Privacy Policy.
SHIPPING POLICY
Depending on whether your products are pre-order or pre-made, the shipping time will vary. We ask you to check our FAQ on your order's estimated shipping time. In any case, we ask you to be patient with lengthy shipping times, and to check your order status and our Instagram for updates.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The customer takes full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes can be made if the order has not yet been shipped out. If an item fails to deliver due to an incorrect address the buyer will have to pay the fees for the item to be reshipped.
Shipping costs are directly related to the place where your order is being shipped. We are not responsible for any extra fees / costs that may come with shipping outside of the US. Buyer is solely responsible for any import fees that may come with shipping.
